Is it possible to use your vehicle to get from point A to point B without making a statement?

So instead of hearing how the kids day was, I need to explain what a sick pedo is and how the brave man in front of us spends his time dreaming of how he wants to commit a murder.

Not pulled over for it but got pulled over for something minor and he made a big deal of letting me know you're supposed to have a front plate. Then same thing happened again somewhere else and the cop bitched about me having a license plate frame from the dealer. Def had to snap back at that cuz 10 cars passed us with license plate frames and I asked if he was gonna go pull them over too and he just said have a nice day gtf outta here 😒

I like Painter’s idea in the second story that we have smaller, home-like facilities.

Also in the second story, I caught the part about private equity ownership, which could use a major story all by itself. I think CT should go out if it’s way to put in disincentives for private equity - how it does that while maintaining enough facilities, I don’t know, but PE is the worst. It will be a nightmare.

“The influx of private equity money into the nursing home field has caught the attention of legislators who are proposing a transparency bill, seeking to make providers reveal quarterly where state funds they receive are going.”

Or maybe just hire people in general. I’ve applied for multiple jobs, have had 2 interviews and was told that they have another job that I’m more suited for but I need to be on the look out for it. The funny part is that the jobs I’ve interviewed for, I know someone who worked at dollar tree for 10 years with a high school degree and got the job. I’m told that I don’t fit the job yet I have a degree which they say is preferred. Still haven’t heard back about my first interview which was about to be 2 months ago. At this point just tell me I didn’t get the job. The yard jobs are basically slave labor rates. It’s pretty funny and disgusting to be honest.

Edit: At this point I’ve memorized the questions they ask for the interview and have had the same interviewers. Maybe next time I’ll write up a script and read it word for word for them.
