Last year I used Highland Home Inspection (right here in Columbia). It depends which inspector you get. I did two inspections with them. The first guy was awesome and very thorough for a townhouse I had to back out of because of numerous problems he found. The second guy from Highland was not thorough and I ended up buying the house and there were a few things that were not found (luckily nothing hugely major).

Suffice to say a good home inspector can save you so much money and headaches.

I gotta say, I got to thinking about this and I thought, “What a genius idea - sending out trucks that look like your competitor’s. It would create the image that your competitor’s product was always broken!”
Of course, OTOH, name recognition is probably a bigger goal, so you would be defeating that goal. Anyway, it caused me to think about it for an inordinately long time… and I wasn’t even stoned. Lol.

We are on our second dog with Countryside. They were caring, gentle, and compassionate with our last dog up until her passing. They even sent a condolence card.

When we got our second we tried to get into a practice that was closer to our home for convenience. We decided to stay with Countryside when the other vet needed a month before they could schedule a new puppy appointment. Countryside got is in within a week. Haven’t regretted it.
