Do yourself a favor, and use an attorney who legitimately does both estates and trusts work and family law. Most attorneys focus heavily on one or the other, and IMO you'll be selling yourself short if your attorney is not very well-versed in both areas.

Seems like if you are reserving space during normal open hours, the room reservation should apply. That they closed early for a private event on the taxpayer’s dime is not ok. And if it’s private, they need to RENT the space.

I used it to list a house for rent, but Zillow allows you to list a basement apartment as a studio or 1 bedroom. There are currently two for rent in Columbia on Zillow if you want to check out the listings.

Pro Wash Auto Spa. They're on Red Branch Road as well. Have had a good experience with them over the years. Always leave my car looking like new and their ceramic coating is top notch.

I had my ceramic coating done by Atomic Auto on Red Branch Road. They also do detailing, window tint, and PPF. Highly recommend.

I don't know if he's still based in MD, but Tre at Touchdown Detailing did a wonderful job detailing my car last year and is way cheaper than going to a shop. I'd reach out to him if you're interested.

Howard county requires a rental license for rental properties, so there is an application process and the property will need to be inspected by county inspectors. You will also need zoning approval for a basement “accessory apartment “. Some zoning districts in Howard county do not allow accessory apartments and some properties do not meet the requirements to have an accessory apartment. So before you do anything, you need to make a trip to the county offices @ the George Howard Building and talk to zoning and Department of inspections licenses and permits.
