i assure you its not real. Its being played from the speaker. Hes just moving the string. and hes not in need. he is taking advantage of people like you who think they are helping someone out, this is his profession, and they make more than some jobs. Also notice scammers on the side of a busy road who force kids and babies to play as props (usually not their own kids) with made up stories to steal money

Freetown giant is where all the old retired seniors or highschoolers go. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a violinist scamming the old and young there

Columbia was founded as a whole community, a giant experiment where the investment was toward all types of homes, all types of people, all living in a brand new more idyllic place. The return on investment model at that time was dramatically more community focused than today.

Modern housing developments look at the construction of building x, the income it will bring in to the developer and the breakeven numbers. With the new business model for additional housing units there is no motivation to build the way the first townhouses were built, the first subsidized units were built, single family homes were built etc. Diversity of income and background become almost irrelevant in the design and economic choices of the housing being constructed. The only way that these types of communities can grow with the original thinking in mind is with mandates from the county, especially with new larger developments. Income subsidized units MUST be required with every single new apartment building or condo development. No waiver should be allowed for building any apartment buildings like they have been in places like 'The Marlow' or the apartments by the mall.

Yep. I was one of two residents to show to the meeting. Called out their conflicts of interest in the decision making process. Crickets. Nina knew it was a conflict of interest. So Ed motioned for the appointment of Friedman, and the only other LR Board member present (other than Friedman, which was also appointed by the LR Board) seconded the appointment.

Ed Coleman even mentioned to Friedman he could vote for himself.

A little interesting tidbit.

The same outside counsel that CA board has been using is the same counsel the IAT has used. It's also is the same counsel that's been used by the LR Village when when a former employee made claims of serious misconduct by the Village adminitrators and they were concerned with being sued.

Honestly, working in a coffee shop is one job I never wanted. People are such addicts that they think their drug withdrawal (because face it, caffeine is a stimulant drug and people are dependent on it) makes it acceptable to be nasty.

There should be a asshole tax, like that one place down in Virginia, CUPS Coffee & Tea.
"Small coffee"-$5
"Small coffee, please."-$3
"Hello, one small coffee, please."-$1.75

Also, it goes both ways. There’s no reason the franchise should attempt to make a replacement flavor without asking you first. There’s also, you know, putting up a sign that says “We are out of these flavors”. Perhaps that violates a franchise agreement (unauthorized signage)?

Please remember these are people. And you’re upset about coffee.
