I pay 2 different fucking home owner groups and I still get trash and shit everywhere

Pools closed this summer bc life guard staffing issues and have to drive to 2-3 different pools just to see which is open

Only benefit I get is if my street gets snow plowed … but it’s not snowing

Can someone explain how this may impact the normal person's everyday life? As long as my card still works at the Gym, the pools in the summer, the trails are maintained to go running and the tennis courts are lit I'm a happy camper.

Edit: This wasn't rhetorical, I am genuinely curious how this is going to impact day to day life for a very average CA member.

At this point, knowing the shit-show they would be walking into, I’m going to have serious difficulty trusting the the judgement of our next CA President. What rational human being would want to work under this board?

We need to vote everyone but Bill & Andy out.

All because a majority of the board could not get over their egos. I’m worried that the only candidates who will both be selected and accept at this point will be the type to defer to the old ways of pet projects and spastic direction from the board. Outwardly, the board will use this like “See! We told you so! Nothing needs to change.”

Columbia, please stay interested and try to hold the board accountable. We elect them to set the direction for and improve our community.

I can’t believe I was so stupid to think they’d let her do her job. Thankfully, I look at the advancing age of several board members, certainly closer to their last years than their first, and I can hope their service is soon at an end, through new election or death. I hope a lawsuit ages them further.

If you don't mind sharing what apartment complex is this? Have you considered going to the local news? This lack of decency would definitely be picked up by WBAL/WJZ on your side and the parent company won't want the bad press.
