You love Texas. That’s great. But posting repeatedly about your personal hatred of the city gets you nowhere and served no purpose.

Goldilox and Bagelsaurus are my faves! Although a dozen at Bagelsaurus will cost $$$, Goldilox may be better for bulk bagels (only open weekends, though)

If you're ever up North Shore way (Peabody. Salem), Bagel World is great. I'm a foodie originating from NJ outside of NYC, so I feel like my bagel standards are quite hugh. Goldilox is where I go around here, bc it's easy to get to and the bagels are good. Mammaleh's also has good bagels, IMO.

It also depends on what you’re looking for — number of bedrooms, whether you’re okay with roommates, if you want a big building or smaller multi family (If you wanted a stand-alone house you wouldn’t be worried about reasonable prices 😂)

That's probably right - Huron connects Brattle and Garden so it would make sense that the group would pass through Huron / Concord.

Have you considered most people aren’t just biking for the hell of it and need it for transportation?

8/10 postings of whatever site are generally lead ads meant to get you to talk to the real estate agent to get their foot in your door.

If you really want to live in Kendall one of the most expensive areas just talk to the leasing office of any large apartment complex.
