Anytime I’ve seen cops have to give verbal descalation it’s the most jumbled garbage of “hands up” “hands down”, “on your stomach”, “DOnT move”, “come towards us”, “where are your hands”, “don’t get up”, “crawl”, “walk to us”.

Also I spent a whole summer watching them misuse less lethals for crowd control.

So police reporting that they “attempted” verbal deescalation should be taken with a grain of salt.

Depending on how close to the city you're hoping to live, Framingham is about 20 miles from Cambridge, and has one the highest Brazilian populations in the US (although Somerville is a close second). It also has much more affordable rent compared to Boston. Only potential downside to consider would be the commute, which at peak hours can be up to an hour or so. For income, I would suggest anywhere between $150k - $250k, but preferably towards the higher end depending on how close you to Cambridge you rent.

Saloon is one of my favorites, it's a cozy little speakeasy in Davis, perfect for date night. Otherwise Monument (Charlestown) or The Abbey (Cambridge) are great spots with similar vibes!

Why not go to your dealership when they have oil change specials? That's what I do with my Toyota. I check the various dealerships and there's usually one that has a coupon deal going. I usually start checking like a month before I'm due for a change.

Cicada near central square! Wonderful wine selection, some of the best food in town (in my opinion), lovely cozy atmosphere and insanely nice staff. You really can't go wrong, such a unique place! Also lovely for coffee! Just keep in mind it's small and popular, so large groups are tough! Also make sure they're open before going!
