Good luck. I slept on them in college and no matter the brand, luxury or budget, they wouldn’t last very long. They just aren’t designed to be an every day thing

thank you for your adivice. I will make a request there and edit my post. Iam looking for everyday clothes for, I dont know, walking to work and sitting in the office or at a cafe and meet with friends. A 1000 schmeckels for a pair of sneakers would be totaly fine, if i can wear them my whole life, even when working for minimum wage. Thats why i wanted to make my first post here.

I want to say Helly Hanson does this as well (not as cute, it says 1st kid, 2nd kid, 3rd kid). We donated one of their winter coats after it went through 4 seasons with my 2 kids and I saw the 3rd kid wearing it in town. Looks like it will easily go on to a 4th and 5th kid, too.

Cookware! The aluminum and stainless steel cookware used in restaurants and commercial kitchens are tough stuff! I've worked in kitchens for years and that stuff takes a beating and is still good. Same thing with Bakeware and cooking utensils. If you can find a restaurant supply store open to the public I highly reccomend you check it out! It's a lot of good stuff in there!

Has anyone had LL Bean repair stuff older than 15 years old? I had a backpack that I got brand new, and about 5 years ago one of the straps broke, and the material inside started flaking.

I contacted them, asking if they could fix either, and they told me I would have to mail them my backpack and it would take them like 6 weeks to determine if it could be fixed.
